Ticketing Policy

Event Admission Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”)

These Terms govern admission to and attendance at Parallel Society events (the “Event”), organised by Logos Collective Association (“Logos”) in collaboration with Debates Etereos Unipessoal Lda (the “Promoter”). When a ticket is purchased through 3CKET, SA (“3CKET”), the authorised ticketing platform, the purchase transaction is governed solely by 3CKET’s terms & conditions and privacy policy. These Terms apply to all ticket-holders as conditions of admission to the Event, whether or not the ticket-holder was the original purchaser:

  1. All conditions shown on the ticket are to be read together with all other statements or directives either shown on this ticket or displayed on the premises.
  2. Tickets are valid only when purchased via 3CKET or another authorised agent of the Promoter. Tickets may not, without the prior consent of the Promoter, be transferred, resold or offered for resale at a premium over the face value of the ticket (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promoting or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services either by the original purchaser from the Promoter or any subsequent ticket holder. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the ticket without a refund. Tickets bought from other sources may be refused entry.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to enforce published ticket purchase limits and cancel any tickets obtained above those limits.
  4. In the event of cancellation, abandonment, or rescheduling of the Event (including due to severe weather, civil disorder, public health concerns, pandemics, epidemics, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure event), refunds or exchanges are at the sole discretion of the Promoter and will be processed via the 3CKET platform. If offered, refunds may be up to the face value only (excluding operating fees and/or taxes) and may be issued as a credit for future Events.
  5. Refunds or exchanges are at the sole discretion of the Promoter and, if offered, will be processed via the 3CKET platform. No refunds, replacements, or duplicates will be issued for lost, stolen or damaged or unused tickets, or where the ticket-holder cannot attend the event due to personal circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control
  6. The Event program, speakers, schedule, and content are subject to change without notice. The Promoter is not obligated to provide refunds or compensation for such changes.
  7. Please note that there are restricted capacities at some Event stages, areas, and other structures. Once the maximum capacity is reached the Promoter reserves the right to disallow and/or prohibit further admissions. Your purchase of an event ticket does not guarantee admission to these areas.
  8. The Event will proceed rain or shine.
  9. The Promoter reserves the absolute discretion to refuse admission to any persons.
  10. All ticket holders must provide proof of age via valid photo identification before purchasing alcoholic beverages. The Promoter reserves the right to demand proof of age at the point of sale and reserves the right to refuse admission to the Event or to evict anyone under 18 found purchasing and/or consuming alcohol at the Venue. Anyone found to be supplying or buying alcohol to a minor will be evicted from the Venue and may face criminal charges.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse a ticket-holder admission to the Event or to evict such person from the event in any of the following circumstances:
    1. failure to produce appropriate identification as proof of age;
    2. if the ticket has been transferred, resold, or used in breach of these Terms
    3. refusal to allow search of clothes, bags, containers or other possessions by the Promoter;
    4. if adversely affected by the consumption of alcohol or drugs;
    5. participation in dangerous activities, including but not limited to, aggressive dancing, moshing, stage diving, crowd surfing or climbing.
  12. The words “Logos”, “Parallel Society” and any associated logos, artwork, or branding used in connection with the Event are the intellectual property of Logos Collective Association and cannot be used without prior written consent.
  13. Entry to and attendance at the Event is at the ticket-holder's own risk.
  14. The Promoter and the owner or lessee of the Venue shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damages sustained at the Venue whether caused by the negligence of the Promoter or the owner or lessee or otherwise.
  15. Professional photographic and video equipment of any kind, including but not limited to tripods, monopods, sliders and gimbals are not allowed on site without prior written authorisation from the Promoter.
  16. Outside food and drinks, pets, skateboard, scooters, rollerblades, bicycles, chairs or any other furniture, bottles, cans, weapons, lasers, fireworks, umbrellas, illicit drugs, alcohol or any other potentially hazardous or dangerous items are prohibited items and will not be permitted into the Venue. All bags/containers are subject to a full search at entry to ensure its safety and enjoyment. Confiscated items will not be returned.
  17. Ticket-holders consent to photography, filming and sound recording as audience members and to the use of such recordings by Logos and/or the Promoter for future promotional purposes.
  18. In the case of an emergency evacuation or situation, you must follow all official directives.
  19. If you feel at any time your or anyone else's health or safety is threatened, you should contact the nearest security guard.
  20. No animals except for guide dogs are allowed at the Venue.
  21. The Event is cashless and on-site purchases (including food, drinks, merchandise and other items) must be made using 3CKET’s Cashless technology (digital wallet and top-ups) via your digital ticket. Top-ups may be made digitally before or during the Event, or at designated on-site locations. Operation, availability, and functionality of the Cashless system are provided by 3CKET and are subject to 3CKET’s terms & conditions. Neither Logos nor the Promoter is responsible for the operation or availability of the Cashless system and shall not be liable for any issues arising from its use, including unavailability, technical failures, incorrect balances, lost credits, or refund decisions. Any unused credits may be eligible for refund, strictly in accordance with 3CKET’s terms and the deadlines displayed in the digital ticket balance area.
  22. The Promoter reserves the right to change and update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  23. The Promoter reserves the right to evict any persons whose presence within the event constitutes a source of danger, nuisance or annoyance to any other persons and the environment.
  24. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to the force majeure events listed in clause 4.
  25. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal Any dispute arising from your attendance at the Event or these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Lisbon, Portugal.
